Information on shipping, delivery and payment

Shipping

We ship all our articles within Germany via our logistics partner DHL. Within Germany the shipping costs are 4,90€ and the delivery time is 1-3 working days. The shipping costs within the EU are 9,90 € with DHL.In addition, you can choose UPS as an optional shipping service provider for shipping to other European countries.

The shipping costs for shipping with UPS within the EU are also 9.90 €.

Within the EU, delivery is made within 2-7 working days to the following countries:Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.

Payment

We accept payments via PayPal, purchase on account, Amazon Pay, Mastercard, Visacard, American Express , installment payment and by instant bank transfer. If you want to pay via PayPal or Sofort-Überweisung, you will be automatically redirected to the respective provider in the next step after the purchase. There you can log into your PayPal or bank account and release the payment. Once you have confirmed your payment details, you will be automatically redirected back to the store to complete the order. Your credit card account will be charged upon completion of the order. The available payment methods may vary depending on the country.

Delivery and service

After we have handed over your parcel to our shipping service provider, we will send you an e-mail with your personal tracking link.

If your parcel has not arrived seven (working) days after receiving our shipping confirmation by e-mail, you are welcome to contact our customer service at [email protected] or via the free service hotline: 0800 280 80 20.
