Our payment methods

To make it as easy as possible for you to buy your favorite items, we offer you a variety of payment options:

Payment via Paypal

If you want to pay via PayPal, you will be automatically redirected to Paypal in the next step after the purchase.

You already have a Paypal account?

Log in with your PayPal user data and release the payment. Once you have confirmed your payment details, you will be automatically redirected back to the store to complete the order. This redirection can take up to 10 seconds. The amount will then be automatically debited from your PayPal account.

You don't have a PayPal account yet?

No problem! Register as a guest or open a PayPal account. Again, you have to confirm the payment and will be automatically redirected back to the store to complete the order. The amount will then be automatically debited from your PayPal account.

By using PayPal payment methods, you agree to PayPal's terms and conditions and thus accept the PayPal payment process.

Payment by credit card

We accept Mastercard, Visacard and American Express credit cards.

You want to pay with your credit card? Simply click on the desired payment option during check-out and click on "pay". Then you will be redirected to the next step. Then enter your credit card details so that you can approve the payment. Once you have confirmed your payment details, you will be automatically redirected back to the store to complete the order. Your credit card account will be charged directly.

As of January 1, 2021, European guidelines for secure online card payments have changed. For orders placed after this date, you will be asked to verify yourself through 3D Secure. Depending on the card type, this is marked (e.g. Visa Secure, Mastercard Identity Check or American Express SafeKey).

Your card should first be activated for 3D Secure by your bank.

In most cases, the service is already offered online. If you have already used the function or registered for 3D Secure, you do not need to register again. Some banks also offer integrated apps for verification. You can ask your bank for more information.

Please note that 3D Secure should always be activated before your next online shopping experience.

Payment by instant transfer

If you want to pay by instant bank transfer, you will be automatically redirected to the login of your bank in the next step after the purchase. There you can log in to your bank account and release the payment. Once you have confirmed your payment details, you will be automatically redirected back to the store to complete the order. Your account will be debited directly with the confirmation of the purchase. 

Please note that online banking is required to pay with Sofortüberweisung. It is best to wait a moment until your order has been completed and only then close the browser window.

Payment via Amazon Pay

You can make a payment with Amazon Pay using the credit or debit card stored in your Amazon customer account. To do this, log in to your Amazon customer account via the Amazon Pay button and make the payment from there.

Payment by invoice with Zinia

Since 18.12.23 Santander became “Zinia by Santander”

  • Place your desired items in the shopping cart
  • Click on “Purchase on account zinia by Santander” in the payment overview, then continue to the order overview, check your order (important: check your address entry) and then click on “Order with obligation to pay”.

You will then be redirected to zinia and, after checking your details, you should also confirm the terms and conditions. For security reasons, you will be asked for a few more details for your purchase on account. This includes your mobile number - this is necessary for the verification code to be sent to you, as this is the only way your payment can be made securely. The code will be sent to your mobile number. This must then be entered in the field provided. Zinia will check the process for a few seconds. If the process was successful, you will receive a confirmation from Zinia.

Please note:

Purchase on account is only permitted within Germany.

The limit for payments with “Purchase on account by zinia” is € 750

When do I have to pay for my purchase?

The payment for the purchase should be made within 30 days, even if you decide to return the item afterwards. If you have already transferred the amount to Zinia, it will be credited back after your return. Zinia will then contact you.

If you make a partial payment and your return has not yet been booked, Zinia will contact you sooner. Please be patient until we have received your return.

Please make your payments separately for each order and not together.

Have you returned your purchase before the 30 days have expired?

Please wait for your return confirmation. Also pay attention to our returns processing time. The amount of the return will be reported to Zinia and your payment information will be updated.

Payment with Klarna: Pay now, invoice, installment purchase

Experience a new world of shopping with Klarna. Simply choose one of Klarna's payment options at the checkout and decide for yourself whether you want to pay for your purchase later or in installments. In short: shopping as it should be. Flexible, secure and simple.

  • Add your favorite items to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout.
  • Select Klarna as your payment method and choose one of the three options.
  • Follow the payment process and complete your order.
  • Manage your orders and payments at any time in the Klarna app.

With the Klarna app, you can view your orders at any time, process existing payments, manage returns and so much more. Don't have your cell phone to hand? Why can't I use my preferred payment method?

There can be several reasons why your desired payment method is not available for you. We have listed some of them below:

  • Your billing and shipping address do not match. Also a delivery to a post office or packing station can influence the availability.
  • You still have an outstanding amount for another order - this can also mean that your transfer has not yet been credited or your return has not yet been booked.
  • As it is common in the online trade, we let independent credit agencies help us to assess your creditworthiness. The data and calculations can in some cases lead to the fact that a purchase on account is not available to you. We have no influence on this and can not make any changes. You have the option to switch to another payment method.

We ask for your understanding that our customer service has no possibility to activate a payment option for you, should this not be available to you.

Also, for data protection reasons, it is not possible to see why you can not order with your preferred payment method. The decision is up to the payment service provider Santander.
