Return - That's how it works!

We hope you are satisfied with your order. If you are not, you can easily return your purchased items within 30 days of delivery.

This is how the return process works:

• Pack the goods following the instructions on your return slip
• Create a return label in one of the return portals and print it out
• Stick the label on the box
• Deliver the package to your chosen collection point

Please make sure that the label is still intact on the item and keep the receipt of your insured return for possible inquiries.
