This is how the return process works:

• Pack the items you want to return neatly in the parcel
• Create a return label in our returns portal and print it out
• Stick the label on the box
• Deliver the package to your chosen collection point

Please make sure that the label is still intact on the item and keep the receipt of your insured return for possible inquiries.
